Hace unas semanas acudí a Fit Salud Sevilla para tratar una lesión de espalda, ya sabéis porque os lo he contado muchas veces que tengo problemas de cuello y me puse en manos de Dani y fue increíble, la lesión fue resuelta en un plis-plas y pude volver a entrenar perfectamente. En esta visita me pregunto si había probado el chaleco de electroestimulación. Yo siempre había visto como amigas realizaban entrenamientos con él y me contaban que era muy efectivo y que se notaba los resultados. Por mi falta de tiempo aún seguía sin informarme bien sobre el entrenamiento con chaleco de electroestimulación y ya que tuve la oportunidad de que en FiT Salud lo realizaban pensé en empezar con un bono para prepararme para las fiestas. En estas Navidades tienen unas ofertas especiales y os dejo abajo una foto con todos los detalles. He decidido dedicarme un poco de tiempo para mí, desconectar del trabajo a veces supone avanzar en el , la desconexión y el sentirte bien es muy importante para funcionar al 100%.
Cuando llegue para mi primera sesión , vestida con ropa de deporte me dieron un conjunto para poder entrenar ya que el chaleco antes de ponértelo lo mojan para que haga efecto la estimulación además de que por supuesto vas a sudar. El entrenamiento con Electroestimulación es algo que lo puede hacer todo el mundo, siempre llevado a cabo por un entrenador Personal Cualificado (Licenciado en en CAFYD) y supervisado por un Fisioterapeuta. Han salido malos rumores pero sólo hay que tener cuidado quien te realiza el entrenamiento ya que esto chalecos han sido vendidos a personas que no tienen titulación alguna y lo mejor es tener la seguridad que estas en manos de profesionales. Mi experiencia ha sido maravillosa, seguiré haciéndolo una sesión a la semana y ya os iré contando cuando empiece a observar los resultados . Yo en todo momento me he sentido tranquila de saber que Dani es increíble y que estoy en buenas manos. Hemos empezado con un entrenamiento muy suave y ya me ha prevenido que los siguientes serán más duros pero estoy dispuesta y con mucha ilusión ya que los años no pasan en barde, una ya no tiene 20 años y necesita de estos cuidados . ¿Qué os parece? ¿os animáis ?
